Whim Return Policy
Merchandise may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment if returned within 30 days of receipt by mail. Refunds will appear back to the original payment within 7 business days depending on your bank's clearance times.

It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
Whim does not pay return shipping costs.
Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 48 hours of delivery or your return may not be approved.
Items purchased with a discount code ARE eligible for return.
Items that are on sale are final sale and ARE NOT eligible for return.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, free of any alternations, odors (such as perfume or smoke), stains (such as deodorant), or damages (unless previously reported), and all original Whim and designer tags must be attached to the garment(s). Shoes must be free of wear on the soles.
Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box.
Additional FINAL SALE items include: masks, jewelry, bathing suits, bodysuits, intimates, socks, and cosmetics.
Return approval is at the discretion of our returns team and Whim reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Whim cannot be responsible for wear and tear and any changes that occur to an item, due to the nature of garment materials.
All returns are subject to inspection and we have the right to refuse any refund if the return does not meet these requirements.
Returns must be issued to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, the return will be issued via store credit in the form of a gift card.
Whim monitors customer activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions based on order or returns behavior.
