Adorable sporty, late spring/summer/early fall dress that can be worn with sneakers, sandals, flats. The fabric is like a sweatshirt and comfortable.It cinches at the waste but is designed to be loose fitting, not tight. I’m 5’3” 116 lbs and the XS is perfect and not too short. I got a lot of compliments!
